• Do you need any special software to send a fax from an email address?
  No you do not need any special software, you attach you document as you would for any regular email communication, but instead of sending the message to an email address, it is sent a FAX NUMBER@fax.tigatel.co.za. (Where fax number = international dialing number eg. A fax to 0129934652 would be 27129934652@fax.tigatel.co.za).
• Is this a free service like fax to email?
  Unfortunately not; For Email to Fax you will need to register for a fax to email number and then purchase email2fax credits.
• Am I limited by the number of attachments I send?
  Yes, you are limited to ten attachments per fax.
• Are there a limited number of email addresses from which my company can send faxes?
  No, however, each email address that intends on sending faxes must register for the service and buy email2fax credits.
• Is this service compatible with all email software, or is it limited to particular software?
  Yes, as long as the software you use can email an attachment.
• Can I send Email to Fax to a Fax to Email number?
  Yes, as long as the number you want to send to is a fax number.
• Is Email to Fax secure?
  Email to fax is as secure as a traditional analogue fax to fax, and email to email.
