• Can I use the same number to receive a fax?
  Yes, your Virtual PA doubles as a fax to email account. Any incoming faxes to your 085 number will be sent to you as an email. Important: Launching 1 October 2009
• Why do I have to use the correct phone number when signing up?
  It is possible to manage your Virtual PA by phoning from one's own phone, specifing the wrong number will make management via phone impossible.
• Can I choose my own greeting message?
  Yes...you can modify the way your Virtual PA answers the phone.
• How many numbers can I sign up for my Virtual PA?
  Your Virtual PA can handle up to 3 programmable numbers and voice prompts.
• Can the calls be transferred to mobile and landline numbers?
  Yes, Virtual PA supports both mobile and landline numbers.
• Can I choose my own answer message?
  Yes, this is completely programmable and can be changed on a regular basis.
• How do I access my voicemail via the web?
  The voice recording will be sent directly to your email address after the call.
• How do I forward voicemail messages to my email account?
  As soon as you register, your email address will receive all your voice messages.
